Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

In this case, you may:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun, due to the nature of these items.

Orders for digital products or downloadable content cannot be canceled or refunded once the download or delivery has started, in accordance with EU digital content regulations.
